What's the difference between rough clean and final clean?
Rough clean happens as construction wraps up — bulk debris, dust, and trade leftovers cleared so other work can proceed safely. Final clean is the detail pass right before occupancy: fixtures, glass, floors, and surfaces brought to a move-in-ready standard. We do both, either as a full package or as separate stages tied to your project schedule.
How soon after construction ends can you start?
As soon as trades are clear of the space. We work directly with contractors and property managers to schedule around the actual construction timeline, not a fixed date guessed weeks in advance.
Do you remove construction stickers, labels, and paint overspray?
Yes — window and fixture stickers, protective film, tape residue, and light paint overspray on glass and hard surfaces are standard parts of the final clean.
Can you handle a large commercial build-out or only small projects?
We scale the crew to the project — a single suite or a full building. Tell us the square footage and timeline at the walkthrough and we'll size the team and schedule to match.
Who checks the space before you call it done?
The owner personally inspects completed post-construction work, so the final walkthrough happens before we hand the space back, not after a complaint.
Do you provide a free estimate for a project like this, or a rough phone number?
Always a free on-site estimate. Post-construction scope varies too much project to project for an accurate phone quote.
Are you insured for construction cleanup work?
Yes. We're insured and bonded, and can provide documentation for your general contractor or property manager.
