Schools need a cleaning partner who understands the calendar — daily upkeep during the year, and a real deep clean when the halls empty out for summer. This is a program we're actively building for Columbus-area districts, and we're direct about where we stand: this is new ground for us, approached with the same standards we hold everywhere else.
How we'd approach it
Built around the academic calendar, not a generic schedule
A school building runs on a rhythm no office keeps — packed hallways during the day, empty for stretches of summer. The plan has to match both.
Cafeteria & kitchen-adjacent cleaning
Tables, floors, and surrounding surfaces reset daily — the highest-traffic, highest-mess room in the building.
Gym & common area care
Gyms, hallways, auditoriums, and shared spaces kept to a standard that survives daily foot traffic.
Summer deep cleans
The empty building over break is the best window for floor restoration, carpet extraction, and a full reset before students return.

Have you cleaned schools before?
School cleaning is a newer program for us, and we're upfront about that. What we bring is the same vetting, insurance, bonding, and accountability standard we hold on every building we service — plus a willingness to build the plan around your district's specific requirements from the ground up.
How do you handle scheduling around the school day?
Daily cleaning happens after students and staff leave, so classrooms and common areas are ready before the first bell. We'll also plan around your academic calendar for breaks and, especially, a full summer deep clean while the building is empty.
What background checks or vetting do your crews go through?
We vet every crew member before they're assigned to any facility. For a school contract specifically, we'll work with your district to meet whatever additional background-check or credentialing requirements apply — tell us your policy and we'll build our staffing process around it.
Can you do a full summer reset between school years?
Yes — an empty building over summer break is the ideal window for a deep clean: floors stripped and refinished, carpets extracted, and every classroom and common area reset before students return in the fall.
Who inspects the quality of the cleaning at our school?
The owner personally inspects jobs, including school buildings — the same standard we hold everywhere else, applied to a campus.
Do you offer a free estimate for a school or district?
Yes — every proposal starts with a free on-site walkthrough of your building, not a phone estimate.
Are you insured for work on a school campus?
Yes. We're insured and bonded, and can provide documentation for your district's vendor requirements.
