Use of this site
This website exists to help you learn about YHWY Properties and request estimates or walkthroughs. By using it, you accept these terms.
Estimates & walkthroughs
On-site estimates and walkthroughs are free and create no obligation on either side. Website content is general information; the written plan we prepare for your facility is what pricing discussions are based on.
Service agreements
Cleaning services are governed by a separate written agreement between YHWY Properties and your organization. If this website and your agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.
Content & accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but it's provided "as is." Availability, scheduling, and service details are confirmed during the estimate process.
Intellectual property
The YHWY Properties name, logo, photos, and site content are ours. Please don't reuse them without written permission.
Acceptable use
No false submissions, no attempts to disrupt the site or its forms, no scraping.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YHWY Properties isn't liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits the obligations in a signed service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
