Retail is a newer program for us, and we'll say that plainly if you ask. What carries over from our other work is the same standard: insured and bonded crews, a written plan, and scheduling built entirely around your open hours instead of ours.
Can you clean before or after store hours?
Yes — that's the normal setup for retail. Most stores choose early morning before opening or overnight after close, so the sales floor is customer-ready the moment the doors unlock. Service is available 24/7.
Do you clean fitting rooms and high-touch areas?
Yes. Fitting rooms, checkout counters, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces get specific attention on every visit, alongside the sales floor and entrance.
Can you handle a shopping center with multiple tenants?
We can quote individual stores or coordinate with a property manager across multiple units in the same center — either way, we'll scope it at the walkthrough and put the arrangement in writing.
Who inspects the store to make sure it's up to standard?
The owner personally inspects jobs, retail included — the same standard applied whether it's a single storefront or a unit inside a center.
Is the estimate free, or do you charge to walk the store?
Free, always. We walk your store on-site and quote from what we see, not a phone guess.
Are you insured to work in our store or center?
Yes. We're insured and bonded, and can provide documentation for your property manager or landlord.
